MyWardPage no longer loads any third-party analytics script. We removed it entirely and now count page views on our own servers, so nothing about your ward's visitors is sent anywhere else. We don't store IP addresses or device details — just enough to know which pages get used. Pages load a little faster for it, and the privacy policy spells out exactly what's counted.
When you ask for help, we can now open your ward's admin area to see what you're seeing instead of asking you for screenshots. Two things make that safe to offer: it's limited to the person who runs MyWardPage, and anything changed while helping is recorded in your ward's Activity log by name — same as any other edit. Confidential calling deliberations stay with your bishopric.
Members can now see which conference talk anchors each Sunday, so they can read ahead and come ready to discuss. Owners turn it on under Settings → What's included on your page; it stays off until you do. Only talks the Bishop has approved are published, and the notes on each entry stay private to the admin area.

Print one QR code and you're done — it always opens the current Sunday's program, so the same code works every week. Find it under Admin → Program, with a ready-to-print poster.
A private, from-the-pulpit script for whoever conducts: welcome, hymns, prayers, speakers, and ward business — with releases and sustainings filled in automatically from the callings workflow. Visible to the bishopric, who can text a private link to that week's conductor (no account needed), customize the wording to their ward's voice (greetings in any language — names and hymns keep filling in automatically), and toggle between the program and the script mid-meeting.
Deleting an event, program, sign-up sheet, calling record, or removing a helper now shows a clear confirmation explaining exactly what will happen — no more easy-to-misclick browser popups.
Events can now repeat — daily, weekly, monthly (including patterns like "last Monday of the month"), or yearly, at any interval like every 2 or 3 months. Cancel a single date or the whole series, and the change shows everywhere, including calendars subscribed to your ward feed.
A new Subscribe button on every ward's events page connects Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook — ward events flow into your personal calendar and stay in sync, including cancellations. Each event also has one-tap add-to-calendar buttons.
Events can now be marked cancelled instead of deleted. They stay on the calendar with a clear Cancelled notice, so everyone who saw the announcement also sees the change.
The sacrament program hymn picker now carries the complete hymnals: English (including the new Hymns—For Home and Church series), Tongan (Ko e Ngaahi Himi), and Samoan (O Viiga i le Atua).
We swept every page to use the full name of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints — no abbreviations or nicknames, in line with the Church style guide.
Ward owners can now see who changed what, and when — every edit to events, programs, callings, and settings is recorded and viewable under Admin → Activity, kept for 12 months.
The ward owner can now record calling-workflow steps on behalf of bishopric members (approvals, scheduling, LCR entries) and enter existing callings that predate the tool — every on-behalf action is logged for accountability.
When we ship an update, your browser now picks it up automatically on the next page you visit — no more rare broken pages if you had a tab open across a release.
We looked hard at auto-posting events to Facebook and Instagram and pulling comments back in. Meta shut down all third-party access to Facebook Groups in 2024 — no posting, no reading, nothing — and Instagram-only wasn't enough on its own. Taking it off the roadmap.

Ward pages now show a gentle reminder to confirm your Bishop supports the page, with a one-time attestation instead of a hard gate.
